JCEDC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation that leads economic development initiatives, facilitates community alignment, and assists groups and individuals in their pursuit of local development opportunities to increase the county’s economic prosperity.

In order to advance the economic health of the county, the services offered by JCEDC are typically done at no charge. The majority of JCEDC’s funding comes from Johnson County, local cities, as well as business partners, financial institutions, and utilities.

JCEDC Investors enable our organization to assist and serve Johnson County communities, business and industry, and individuals. Contributions help stimulate and facilitate a diverse local economy through business retention, expansion, and recruitment.
